In many low income neighborhoods of Caracas, children get little or no sex education at school or home. Many become sexually active just as they hit puberty and have children by their mid teens. In Nuevo Amanecer most of the couples, some in their late teens, have at least two or three children. Here one of the mothers, Hielo, breast feeds her child as her neighborsӠkids play nearby.
