A young boy escapes from the summer heat in Nuevo Amanecer, a pioneer community on the outskirst of Caracas, Venezuela on August 28th, 2006. Following new legislation passed by President Hugo Chavez, families who needed homes took over a municipal dump site that is no longer in use and founded a community.
